Nicholas Bijan Pourfard is a furniture and lighting designer based in Southern California, with a San Diego address, who designs and crafts furniture and functional objects. Pieces are made to order in six to eight weeks unless otherwise specified.
Seating and tables are hand-built in wood, such as the Box Chair, the Loop Table and the Anything Bench, whose backrests swivel separately. Lamps use hand-blown glass draped over handmade metal bases, as in the Bloop table lamp and sconce. On Formground their work is shown through 16 pieces, each linked to its own page.
