Łukasz Korol is a furniture maker in Suwałki, Poland, who works in solid wood with hand tools and traditional joinery. Korol began in 2023 with the aim of showing unusual wood species in depth.
Each collection is a study of one species: Light of Sycamore, and In the Orchard, which covers pear, cherry and walnut. Pieces shown include the cabinet in ash, the desk in sycamore, the chest of drawers in cherry and the coffee table in walnut. On Formground their work is shown through 9 pieces, each linked to its own page.
