Cultivation Objects is the studio practice of Nathaniel Wojtalik in Brooklyn, New York, started in 2020. It makes objects that sit between art and functional design, including lighting such as the Nitka Lamp in aluminium and white oak, furniture, ceramics and door hardware in granite.
Wojtalik worked with sculptural, sound and video installations before the studio, and the studio uses atypical materials taken from the waste stream. His earlier work has been shown at IRCAM and the Berkeley Art Museum. On Formground it is shown through 30 pieces, each linked to its own page.
