Wontek is a product design brand based in Warsaw, Poland. It designs and 3D-prints lamps, vases and decorative objects, treating 3D printing as a modern form of weaving, where each layer works like a thread that builds colour, pattern and texture.
Every piece is printed, finished and packed in the Warsaw studio, which allows a colour, a pattern or a whole form to be changed for a single order. The range includes the Mirage lamps, the Weave lamp and boxes, and the Afterloom vase. The name plays on the Polish word wątek, meaning thread or weft.
