Tim Teven Studio is the practice of the Dutch designer Tim Teven, born in 1993, who founded it in the Netherlands after graduating from the Design Academy Eindhoven in 2018. It works through the mechanical deformation of metal, and Teven comes from a family of blacksmiths.
The Pressure series is hand made in the Netherlands. It covers square and rectangular vases in chrome or zinc plating, and the Pressure Stool and Bench, where a pattern pressed into 2 mm aluminium sheet adds strength. Past clients include Gentle Monster, Rimowa and Stone Island. On Formground it is shown through 9 pieces, each linked to its own page.
