Sibast Furniture is a Danish furniture maker with a family story. Helge Sibast, born in 1908 on the island of Funen, grew from a cabinetmaker's apprentice into the head of a furniture factory that employed over 120 craftsmen by the 1950s and 60s.
His grandson and his wife relaunched the company in 2013, beginning with the Sibast No 8 chair he designed in 1953, and have since continued to bring his designs back into production. On Formground it is shown through 174 pieces, each linked to its own page.
