Sabu Studio is a Melbourne furniture, lighting and object design company founded in 2020 by designer-maker Samuel Burns. Its practice rests on honesty to materials and a contemporary approach to craftsmanship, and all of its furniture and lighting is handmade to order. Custom design is offered alongside the range.
The furniture includes the Lune and Plane cabinets, the Tide and Twenty tables, the Etto and Twenty chairs and the Arc bench. Lighting includes the Miro sconce, the Vale and Tier pendants and the Onu pendants. On Formground it is shown through 18 pieces, each linked to its own page.
