Joe Armitage designs and manufactures lighting. The Armitage lamp collection was inspired by a floor lamp designed in 1952 by the architect Edward Armitage while he lived in Ludhiana, India, and is offered in a Classic and a Modernist range.
Joe Armitage and his team of designers and engineers also take on design and manufacturing for bespoke lighting features and hotel furniture schemes. Pieces shown include the Classic floor lamp, desk lamp and suspension lamps and the Modernist timber wall lamp. On Formground their work is shown through 11 pieces, each linked to its own page.
