Chatterton Studio

Chatterton Studio is the practice of husband and wife Isaac and Alex Chatterton. Isaac, who trained in furniture design and making and apprenticed for two years in upstate New York under Joshua Vogel, leads design and making, while Alex, a graphic designer, shapes the studio's direction and presentation.

The studio works only in solid timber, typically American cherry, oak, ash and walnut, with old machinery and traditional tooling. It shows six candle holders, the Pyramid table and chair, the Providore low table and the Little Chair, and accepts a small number of commissions. On Formground it is shown through 10 pieces, each linked to its own page.
