Loader Monteith

Loader Monteith is an architecture practice in Glasgow, Scotland, founded in 2016 by Matt Loader and Iain Monteith. It designs new houses and works on existing and historic buildings, with an approach built around conservation, heritage work and circular design: reusing materials, recycling construction waste and designing buildings that can be taken apart.

On Formground its work is shown through 12 houses across Scotland, from new family homes on farms and hillsides to extensions of listed and conservation-area cottages and townhouses. Each house links to its project page on the practice's own site.
